Yes, just select the right grind type on the product page.

WHERE DOES YOUR COFFEE COME FROM?

In our original blend we use 'specialty grade' Arabica & Robusta beans grown in the Baba Budangiri Hills 6000 ft above sea-level.  We pick coffee beans which can be traced back to the farmer, Co-Op, plantation or estates where the coffee has come from. Speciality coffee refers to coffee that is "grown and farmed in optimum conditions, harvested with care, processed meticulously and finally, roasted and brewed with a knowledge and understanding that does justice to everyone involved in this process". Speciality coffee is associated with delicious, well made and ethically sourced coffee. It is often used to refer to coffees that are graded (by qualified taste-testers, or Q Graders) and that "score above 80 points (out of 100)". Note: Kaapi available at grocers are NOT 'Specialty' & more often 'Commodity' , hence you get what you pay for.

IS YOUR COFFEE FAIRTRADE OR ORGANIC?

The farmers from whom we produce exceptional coffee, make a greater return dealing directly with roasters and importers than via Fairtrade channels.

The farms we source our coffee from tend to be small, and the expense of certification just isn’t a possibility for them. Most small coffee farms do farm organically anyway out of necessity, without the funds to certify themselves.

So, buying Fairtrade and organic is not a prerequisite for us, sourcing the best coffee we can get our hands on is.

HOW LONG DOES COFFEE STAY FRESH FOR?

For fresh beans we recommend using within 45 days for optimum taste and flavour. With ground coffee, you begin to lose quality straight away, so consume it as fast as possible.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COFFEE?

We recommend you store your coffee either in the bag it comes in with its tin tie or an airtight container in a cool dark place, NOT in the fridge or freezer.
